As an Ohio Healthy Program, every meal reflects our commitment to wholesome, high‑quality food. We use fresh ingredients, including produce from our on-site garden, and go beyond USDA requirements through both our teaching and the meals we provide.
THERAPY SERVICES
Through our trusted therapy partners, we provide on‑site Occupational, Speech, and Behavioral Therapy. Licensed therapists collaborate with teachers and families to support communication, motor skills, self‑regulation, and independence in a familiar, nurturing environment.

ON-SITE CHEF
Our on‑site chef prepares home‑made meals from scratch using whole, unprocessed ingredients. From hand‑breaded baked chicken to primarily organic produce, ensuring children enjoy real, nourishing food made with care.
MUSIC & MOVEMENT
Introducing children to musical instruments, songwriting, recording, and video production, we integrate physical activities, interactive movements, dancing, and exercise to create a dynamic and enriching experience.
CHILDREN’S GARDEN
Our on‑site Farm to Table Garden Program lets children plant, care for, and harvest fresh produce. Everything they grow is used in our kitchen, where our chef turns their harvest into the healthy meals served each day.
GIANT GRASSY FIELD
Our giant grassy field gives children a wide‑open space to run, play, and explore. Along with our playground and indoor play area, there’s always room to move as children run, climb, and discover something new every day.
SUMMER CAMP ADVENTURES
Our School Age Summer Camp combines hands‑on activities, outdoor play, creative projects, and exciting field trips, giving children a balance of structured experiences and free play in a safe, memorable summer setting.

Our History: A Journey of Care and Growth
Cleveland Child Care began in 1973 in a small church on Pearl Road in Cleveland, Ohio, with a mission to support local families through quality early childhood care. Over time, the organization grew to include ten locations throughout the region, expanding its reach and impact. In 1993, the historic Gilbert Building became a central hub for operations, and today it remains the heart of Cleveland Child Care—carrying forward our legacy while reflecting our hope to grow again and serve even more families in the years ahead.
